We made our gaming group's pop culture resident give us an oral report on the movie after he finally watched it. We couldn't believe he hadn't seen it either.
Maybe the end credits represent all of the gang walking together in Heaven, some point in the future after ALL of them have died. (Like the ending of Things To Do In Denver When You're Dead. No, don't bother to watch that movie.)
During the end credits, Perfect Tommy's outfit changes. He starts off looking like a male model, with no shirt and the Big White Jacket, but at the end he's in the plaid suit he wears earlier in the film. Also, Casper Lindley isn't in the first part of the march, but brings up the rear at the very end when they walk past the grafitti. And Scooter (Blue Blaze Irregular 41-1/2) isn't in the end credits at all, not is Professor Hikita. What does all of this mean? I DON'T KNOW.
