Unplanned hiatus
After I spent some time here on Saturday morning, I discovered that what I thought was minor problem on Friday was more serious then I thought.
Friday morning the computers in the house failed to recognize the internet. Instead of getting ready for work, I spent the morning trouble shooting the 'net problem. Found out that both the modem and wireless router had been covered over by paperwork and overheated.
Thought I fixed the problem and went off to work.
Saturday a.m. I am sitting in my chair happily posting away and suddenly the computer fails to recognize the internet. Trouble shooting again I determined that was either a problem with the modem or router. Reset both and managed another hour of 'net.
Basically, I've got hardware problems that need money to fix. I don't get paid until Friday. Internet service is going to be spotty at best until I get the hardware replaced.
I will be back.
