I actually thought of myself as looking more like a Push than a Shove, but Push Palin would sound stupid. And besides, we all know that Push starts fires and shoved Grandma (Log Justice Palin) down the stairs.
I don't think the script is very random, but pulls a pre-selected silly name out of a list based on initial letters. In the comments page was someone named Kitty who was also a Shove Maggot Palin. Then again, maybe it's a more common name than I thought.
