Let Me Tell You About My Paladin

Last Saturday I started in a Hollow Earth Expedition campaign, that really isn't a HEX campaign but is more of a spy game using the Ubiquity system. It's set in Greece in 1945. The player characters are smugglers turned partisans turned spies, still smuggling but now working against the Communist ex-partisans organizing in Albania looking to take out the Greek monarchy and establish Greece as a Socialist state.

It helps that the GM is a PhD candidate in History.

I did not create this character, nor did that pick the photo. It was an NPC elevated to PC status so I could easily slip into the middle of a storyline. Dmitrios is great fun to play, so very pretty and very deadly but not particularly bright (we're sneaking into Albania and get spotted by Albanian guards... who recognize Dmitrios as a former Olympic swimmer. What does he do? He stops to sign autographs).

But for the third campaign running, I'm playing a criminal. Carlos, Meagan, and not Dmitrios.
